Flexible scheduling. We want to get your inspection done quickly, and conveniently for you, so we’ll always accommodate your schedule. For this reason, we never schedule more than two inspections in a day, so we can always find a way to fit someone in last minute if needed.

Home inspectors have legal requirements as to what they must inspect and report on which are outlined in the state Standards of Practice (SOP). But the SOP also lists many things inspectors aren’t required to inspect. Many of those things we feel are important to a home buyer. These can include exhaust hood and flue interiors, appliances, and ensuring there’s safety glass where needed.

We believe in the golden rule, to treat others the way we’d like to be treated. So in that spirit, we will always inspect a home in the manner that we’d want someone to inspect a home we’re buying.

We deliver most inspection reports same day. We use state-of-the-art cloud software to generate the inspection report, and it’s delivered electronically by email to view in your browser. This makes it possible to use photos and video. But of course, you can also download or print the PDF.
